SCREEN PRINTING

SCREEN PRINTING

Plastisol

The industry standard for screen printing on textiles and the most economical method for high quantity printing. Plastisol ink lays directly on top of the t-shirt fabric, covering the top with a layer of ink.

Waterbased/
Discharge Ink Printing

Waterbased and discharge inks are more expensive, lighter inks that "sink" into the fabric and create a "no-feel" print. Essentially, water-based ink dyes the shirt's fabric and replaces the fabric color with the color of the ink rather than having the ink sit on top of the shirt.
